The fitness suite in Radio City brings top of the range equipment, high quality staff and a wide variety of classes and courses to the Garnock Valley. The equipment includes the following:
Treadmills, Crosstrainers, Rowers, Cycles, Climbers, Chest Press, Pec Dec, Leg Curl, Leg Extension, Chin Dip, Total-Hip Pulley Unit, Lat-Pulley
Olympic Bench(flat), four way olympic bench and olympic preacher bench with over 300kg of weights. Dumbbells ranging from 5kg to 25kg
The gym is also equipped with secure changing areas, plunge shower, sauna/steam rooms and two shower rooms. In addition to the gym area, classes take place in the large multi-purpose hall directly below the gym. Radio City offer a variety of packages at realistic prices.

GYM INDUCTIONS
We would like to welcome all new users of the Radio City Fitness Suite.
Gym inductions are £6 and we all new users are required to book an induction before using the equipment. Anyone who takes out a membership on the day there induction will be free.
Should you require a workout programme, we can also design a programme to suit your needs and ability for a one off fee of £10. All members do not pay for fitness programmes.
New members can also arrange an assessment for the first visit. This can be booked with a member of staff either at reception or at gym.
