Fitness Suite

The fitness suite in Radio City brings top of the range equipment, high quality staff and a wide variety of classes and courses to the Garnock Valley. The equipment supplied by Precor (USA) includes the following:

Treadmills, Crosstrainers, Rowers, Cycles, Climbers, Chest Press, Pec Dec, Leg Curl, Leg Extension, Chin Dip, Total-Hip Pulley Unit, Lat-Pulley

The gym is also equipped with secure changing areas, plunge shower, sauna/steam rooms and two shower rooms. In addition to the gym area, classes take place in the large multi-purpose hall directly below the gym. Radio City offer a variety of packages and payment options at realistic prices.

Last admission into Gym is strictly one hour before close.

GYM INDUCTIONS

We would like to welcome all new users of the Radio City Fitness Suite

All users are entitled to a FREE Gym Induction on first using the gym. To ensure maximum benefit is gained from using the equipment we would suggest members arrange an assessment for the first visit. This can be booked with a member of staff either at reception or at gym.
